Working on-campus can provide advantages such as: working between classes, working no more than 20 hours per week (less in some cases), working evenings, and weekends, hours of work are scheduled around your class schedule, and familiarizing you with the college and campus life. Some examples of available on-campus positions are: accounting assistant, clerical assistant, building services, information clerk, scheduling assistant, computer technician. These positions can be to your advantage, particularly if they relate to your major. Regardless of the type of work, you earn money and learn new skills.
