Leadership Senior Legacy Awards

Legacy Frame

Designed to allow you to individually demonstrate your appreciation of a mentor who has played a significant role in your growth and success, the Leadership Senior Legacy awards will provide a unique and meaningful acknowledgement of your gratitude to the individual, or individuals, of your choosing.  In mid-April, each selected recipient will receive a beautifully crafted certificate suitable for display, specifically thanking them for the part they played in your personal success (you will be named as the nominator) and acknowledging their legacy of giving and mentoring in the URI community.

The Center for Student Leadership Development will need to receive your payment ($25.00 per requested award) in the form of a check by April 10th. 

Checks should be made payable to:
The URI Foundation. 
The word “Gift” and the account(“G709”) should be noted in the memo line.
